About
Mentara Care was born from a personal turning point — a deep need to slow down, reconnect, and live more honestly with myself. I envisioned it as a space where others could experience the same: a return to the body, to belonging, and to the systems that shape our stories. Though I hold the space as a psychologist and therapist, I'm grateful for the support of a small, trusted team that helps create the warmth and flow of every retreat.

On the edge of burnout and restlessness, I booked a one-way ticket to the Canary Islands. I wasn't just looking for sun or ocean — I was looking for something I couldn't name yet. I thought I was searching for love. And I found it. Not in someone else — but in stillness, in slowness, in the shape of self-love and healing that this island quietly offered.
After years of working in therapy, education, and emotional care for others, I realized I had to offer that same care to myself. So I stayed. I softened. And from that space, I created Mentara Care — a space for people like me, like you, to return to what holds us: our body, our breath, our belonging.

I'm a psychologist, relationship therapist, and coach, trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic approaches (including Bodynamic®), process-oriented therapy, and Montessori-based methods. My work is grounded in polyvagal theory, attachment science, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), integrating body, mind, and system into one cohesive approach.
Over the years, I've supported individuals, couples, and groups on their journey toward emotional healing, deeper self-understanding, and sustainable inner change.
Along the way, I created my own therapeutic method: the Motion Bond Technique® — a body-based, relational, and neuropsychological approach that helps people reconnect with themselves and others through movement, mapping, and emotional presence.
Today, I live between Slovakia and Spain. I offer retreats, workshops, and trainings that weave together systemic and somatic work to create space for reconnection, restoration, and belonging.

I am a member and graduate of several professional associations and learning platforms in the fields of psychology, coaching, facilitation, and body-oriented therapy, including the Slovak Association of Coaches (SAKO), the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA), the Professional Certified Integrative Coach (PCIC) certification, the POPI Slovakia platform for integrative psychotherapy, the myJUMP.sk network, the Association of Bodynamic Psychology, and other organizations offering psychotherapeutic education.

Even as a child, I perceived a world beyond this world — a quiet space where things don't happen by chance, but carry meaning, sequence, and depth. I was born as one of five sisters into a family gifted with sensitivity and the ability to perceive hidden connections. This gift has been something I've spent my whole life learning to cultivate — both within myself and in my work with others.

I am a woman between worlds: a facilitator, mentor, organizer, and founder of the non-profit educational organization CREATRIX.IDEAS, which supports professionals in helping fields and cultivates a space for a new kind of leadership. I work at the intersection of systems, vulnerability, and transformation — in spaces where the courage to embody a different way of being is born.
My specialization lies in organizing transformational trainings, retreats, and support gatherings for those standing at the threshold of a new path: facilitators, therapists, leaders, and women in circles of change. I lead mentoring programs, support first steps into practice, and create spaces where performance is not required — only grounding in trust, in the body, and in silence.
Although I move within the field of systemic constellations, I don't consider myself a constellation practitioner, but rather an organizer of spaces and processes that support deep transformation. My roots lie in shamanic practice, bodywork, the medicine wheel, voice and ritual, as well as craniosacral biodynamics and systemic work with teams.
I collaborate with professionals in Ostrava, Olomouc, and Brno — and beyond. I believe that the greatest gift we can offer one another is presence.
"The strength of life is born in silence, in shadows, and in storms. My work is to hold space where you can reconnect with your wholeness — and remember who you truly are."
