Individuals

Being with yourself is a craft – not a given. Our retreats for individuals offer a space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. For those who seek to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and meet themselves without pressure or performance. Through silence, grounding, and gentle movement, we invite a return – not away from life, but deeper into it.

Weaving Between Earth and Stars

A journey through the body, the roots, and stillness - back to yourself

"Weaving Between Earth and Stars" is an 8-day experiential retreat for those who long to rest – in their body, in the story of their lineage, and in a space where silence, touch, and movement meet. This retreat is for anyone who seeks regeneration, grounding, and a return to their inner rhythm – through systemic exploration, somatic practices, and embodied presence.

The 3 Pillars of the Retreat

Relational Depth

Do you long to feel safe in connection – with yourself and with others?

We explore the dynamics of early relational patterns using the Relational Needs Model (Una McCluskey) and embodied presence. This pillar helps you recognize your relational defenses and opens space for deeper intimacy, trust, and emotional attunement – with others, and within.

Systemic & Body Mapping

Can your body show you what your mind has forgotten?

This pillar brings together systemic constellation work and Bodynamic® analysis to map out how personal and ancestral histories live in the body. Through movement and presence, you'll uncover hidden loyalties, inherited patterns, and embodied narratives – and begin to shift them.

Nervous System Transformation

What if your transformation could begin with softness – not struggle?

Using polyvagal-informed somatic work, Motion Bond Technique®, and NLP, we support you in recognizing patterns of contraction, defense, and expansion. You'll learn to listen to your nervous system, regulate at your own pace, and shift from survival to connection.

Program Modules

This retreat is a deep journey back to yourself – a reparenting process – through the body, movement, nervous system, and relational patterns that have shaped us since early childhood. Using systemic approaches, somatic work, and the supportive presence of the group, we begin to heal what was once unmet and restore what was missing. It is a space for those who long to feel more – themselves, others, and their place in the story of life.

Duration: 8 Days / 7 Nights

  • The retreat begins in the early evening of Day 1 (around 5:00 PM – opening circle)

  • It ends in the morning of Day 8, after breakfast, with a closing ritual and final sharing.

Frequency & Intensity

  • The program is intensive yet rhythmic – balancing deep work with rest and spaciousness.

  • Approximately 6–7 hours of guided sessions daily, with optional activities available.

  • We take into account nervous system sensitivity and the natural need for integration.

Core Program Elements

  • Opening and Closing Rituals – circle, story, intention, and symbolic transition

  • Systemic Field Work – constellations, body mapping, voice and presence in a process-oriented space

  • Somatic Integration – therapeutic work with body, breath, voice, touch, and rhythm

  • Movement Techniques – conscious movement, MBT®, and nervous system regulation

  • Journaling & Silence – guided writing, rituals of presence and stillness

  • 1:1 Facilitation – individual consultation with a facilitator (1.5 hours included)

  • Evening Circles – sharing, symbolic work, and dream-based reflection

  • Excursions – 1–2 guided trips into nature or local cultural environments

  • Time for Ocean, Nature, and Self – daily space for integration, rest, and solitude

    Daily Rhythm (2.-7. day)

With every breath and every step forward, we weave our story anew.

What Else Is Part of Our Work?

Our care goes beyond the retreat itself. Our work doesn't begin with the first activity – and it doesn't end when the final circle closes. Each participant is supported before and after the retreat process – through individual consultations, personalized guidance, post-retreat support, and integration practices that help bring the experience into everyday life.

      What You'll Take With You?

The retreat doesn't end with the final circle. To help you carry your experience into everyday life, we've prepared a few small gifts for the journey ahead.

You'll receive a short mini audio or video guide – ten minutes of silence, movement, or breath to help you reconnect with your body. Two to three weeks after the retreat, we'll meet again in a final online circle to share what has shifted within you and to anchor what you wish to carry forward.

If you feel called to continue your journey individually, we'll offer the option of follow-up therapy or coaching at a special rate. You'll also take home a suggested daily micro-ritual – a simple practice to reconnect with yourself through breath, journaling, or gentle movement that can become part of your daily rhythm.

And finally – a small tangible gift. A symbol of your story. Perhaps a thread, a card, a stone, or a scent – something to remind you that what truly matters is already within you.
