Parents

Parenthood reshapes everything – especially the space between us. Our offerings for parents and professionals open a space to reflect on what shifts when a child enters the relationship. For those who wish to understand, integrate, and support the transition to parenthood with depth and compassion. Through embodied insight, conscious communication, and shared reflection, we explore not only how to care for the child – but how to care for the "us" that created them.

The Third in the Room

Discovering in the space between you, me, and the child

"The Third in the Room" is a 2-day workshop for parents who want to understand what happens to their relationship after the birth of a child. It's not just about exhaustion or lack of time—it's about the new space that opens between two partners when someone else enters. The baby. And with the baby comes memory, expectation, vulnerability, and a different kind of love.

This workshop offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and return to each other. It helps you make sense of what happens between two adults becoming parents—and how to keep closeness, touch, and trust alive through it all.

The 3 Pillars of the Workshop

Relational Depth & Repair

Do you feel like something has shifted between you – but no one talks about it?

We explore how the birth of a child changes the emotional bond between partners. Through attachment-informed practices, you'll learn to recognize patterns of distance, unmet needs, and misattunement—so that trust, intimacy, and connection can begin to repair.

Body & Bondaries in Parenthood

Is your body carrying more than your words can express?

We work with body-based awareness and developmental mapping to explore how becoming a parent reshapes your sense of space, identity, and need for regulation. Through movement and embodied exercises, you'll reconnect with your boundaries, rhythms, and the physical side of caregiving.

Nervous System

Co-Regulation

What if parenting wasn't just about the baby – but about staying connected as adults?

Using polyvagal-informed somatic tools, we help you recognize when your system is in stress, withdrawal, or overwhelm. You'll learn how to co-regulate as a couple, repair after rupture, and build a stable emotional base for your child—by starting with yourselves.

Parenthood doesn't just change life – it reshapes love.

What Else Is Part of Our Work?

Our care goes beyond the workshop itself. Our work doesn't begin with the first activity – and it doesn't end when the final circle closes. Each participant is supported before and after the retreat process – through individual consultations, personalized guidance, post-retreat support, and integration practices that help bring the experience into everyday life.

What You'll Take With You?

The workshop doesn't end with the final circle. To help you carry your experience into everyday life, we've prepared a few small gifts for the journey ahead.

You'll receive a short mini audio or video guide – ten minutes of silence, movement, or breath to help you reconnect with your body. Two to three weeks after the retreat, we'll meet again in a final online circle to share what has shifted within you and to anchor what you wish to carry forward.

If you feel called to continue your journey individually, we'll offer the option of follow-up therapy or coaching at a special rate. You'll also take home a suggested daily micro-ritual – a simple practice to reconnect with yourself through breath, journaling, or gentle movement that can become part of your daily rhythm.

And finally – a small tangible gift. A symbol of your story. Perhaps a thread, a card, a stone, or a scent – something to remind you that what truly matters is already within you.
